Austrian Constitution

I got this decision, but I really don't know anything about it. Could some of you guys perhaps shed some light on it for me?

well, what described effects are ? what year ? you can allways try to look in event folder (and most likely austria file) to see what it will doo.

Well, I went through the event file and found the event, but it does not really say anything. And not much described in-game either. I got this event around 1852. Austrian Constitution Revoked.

This was when Austria became Austria-Hungary. It was the Great Compromise. Mostly it granted Hungary independence under the monarchy. The event had great impacts in many spheres.
