I have a commercial agreement with Brazil and I would like to build a gold mine in the jungle. I am not able to build it because it says I lack the necessary assets due to the terrain. How do I make this happen?

do you have needed resources ? building in forgein country it needn50% extra resources compared to building home + you get extra cost for building in jungle compared to normal terain.
