How do I merge divisions together as corps? Can't find the info anywhere.

I don't think you can. You can buy corps or divisions or brigades in the military purchase (F1) screen and you can merge some units (?) bu you cannot create a corp from divisions.
What you can do is merge a brigade with a (depleted) corps so that you can replace the lost units, teherby making use of the CP cost (12) of a corps.
