Removing structures

Sorry ahead of time for a dumb question, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to remove an already built structure from a province. I know how to delete a build order, but not a finished building. The manual doesn't seem to say, but I could have missed it somewhere.
Thanks!

Hi
Hopefully all you need to do is to open the province and get the listing of structures in the bottom screen - do this by clicking on the city or the country image (not got game at the moment so this is a bit vague)
once that list is up, if you select the structure and then hit delete it should go the next turn.
If you look at the first of the economic management videos I did (in the AAR section), I show how to do this,

Mark the structure, hit delete. Same as with the build order. However railways, afaik, can't be deleted. If it doesn't work, something might be wrong with the save file.

Great. Thanks to both of you gentlemen. I tried what you are saying earlier, but I didn't see anything. I'm wondering, when I hit delete, is the structure marked in someway for demolition which will then actually happen by next turn? Or does nothing show up visibly after hitting delete, but the structure disappears next turn, anyway?
Thanks again for your help!

It is marked with a little red circle with a white bar in it, similar to some roadsigns, appearing in one of the upper corner. Structure should disappear during turn resolution and be gone next turn.
