Heavy HQ bug

I play the Großdeutschland Mod and have added the hotfix for the heavy HQ bug - however, troops still refuse to fire at range if a guard HQ is present (no matter on which side). Anyone can give me a hint what I might have done wrong? I thought it was simple, delete models.cache and paste the files from the hotfix...

One thing is certain, the Mod has nothing to do with these problems. It modifies the chain of events for unification, not the engine's logic and parameters.

Didn't say it did :)

EDIT: Should be fixed now, just no wars to test it for the next 3 years.
