List of regions that are connected through sea but behave as land paths

Can you give us a list of all the regions that behave like that? I just had a lost battle in our MP game and if you see the detailed map the attacking force that stroke from Epirus to Corfu wasn't "landing on a beach", it walked in as if nothing happened.
Two curious things that might need attention happened.
I think there is already a reported land link between Sweden and Denmark. Where else?

- The attacking force just marched through the sea (no riverine move) or landing penalty.
- My fleet which was outside with bombard and intercept orders didn't do anything to stop them. (but had already bombarded another target in the beginning of the turn)
