Game crash 1.02 on W7 64b

have one "small" problem - playing as russia and decided to declare war on china and to annex korea in peace terms - but one major problem occur - when is ai for china processed at some point it will halt game and white currsor apear and only pressing esc allow to continue , but it will result in main menus sreen while procesing rest on turns (incuding combat), not very critical, but it far away from ideal.
But afrter it comes main problem - in peace negitiation i can only demand regions, when i click on relase nation/cede colony game freeze with know white cursor and ding ding i i clyick anywhere - here comes esc to save, but it will make imposible to make peace in these two oprions as esc automaticaly close screen (and negotation).
