I noticed that Penang in Southeast Asia is under the Dutch at the start of the Grand Campaign but Penang has been under British control since 1786 and has never had any Dutch influence or control.

I believe there is a British colonial fort in Penang in 1850, at least according to setup, and this is the sole building there...so in a few turns British influence will progress in that region and they can take it over from the Dutch...

We can fix the 'control' from HOL to GBR in a later patch though...thanks for spotting

Two years into the campaign and Penang is still 100% MC Dutch, despite the British fort. There is also a Dutch harbour in the region at setup.

OK, so it seems the harbor takes precedence....we shall fix that for next time then
