god. after mobilization, america seized my oil field. I HAD 27 RELATIONSHIP POINTS WITH HIM. I thought it said in new patch -25 max???
nope, what you mean is the building of structures (enemy presence or -25)
last patches you already got seizures with plus 13 and so on, no big change here.
there is also a certain random chance, or as a devs called it: EL PRESIDENTE
