Update????
Hi I was once a big PON fan but the low game speed made me let go of the game i really looked forward to play as germany but it seemed it would take a life time!!!!so i let go of the game 2 month ago but just for my information:
1-how much has the gamespeed improved since the 1.01i patch?
2-how many new scenarios have been aded DLC or in the patch
3-are there any new factions ?
4-is it possible to start a 1880 and a 1914 campaign (Dev talked about that very much saying that they are working on it )
So should i reinistall the game or should i wait ??
:I have sent the exact same post on paradox forum but i am sure i will get faster replays here (It seems PON Paradox page is really inactive relative to AGEOD Page !!!!)Hope i will get a sooner replay here

well,

there are mostly the same people, mostly with the same nicks, exactly the same mods, but i sometimes i think here are the more "senior" comments :D

1.) clearly depending on your system and your HDD. Also on the number of saves you want have, standard is three backup turns at the moment.

i start US GC 1850 with about 3 minutes, in 1877 i am about 5.

but it rather depends on your systems spec.

3.) there is a mod giving you access to all civilized countries. as they were not designed to be used, you have to create events, reforms, laws by yourself.

4.) 1880s GC is announced to be ready and public for the normal game in some time. not sure whether its already in the coming official patch

Thanks
So I think i will wait until the 1880 GC comes (i REALLY dont like starting with prussia in 1850 it take too long :( )
Any idea when the patch might come???

The 1880GC won't be in the official patch, there are way too many elements that need fixing before making it public, sorry :(

But my plan is to have may be a beta testing of it in a few weeks to help finalize it ;)

thank you PhilThib for clarifying this point.

i think with all the highest expectations about the "medium" 1880 GC, its better for all stakeholder you take all time you need and just catch us by surprise.

At least we know the new GC is there.

regarding the triangle of project management, your team gives us still a splendid aftermarket support

I hope for a good 1880 GC but what about a 1896 GC with Germany approaching a new way becoming a sea power.

I wish that the DLC will come for free because my money reserve is very low...*grin* a retiree has usually less money... :bonk:

Hohenlohe, that would be a very interesting period, and would be perfect for Russo Japanese War and World War 1 events.

But for now, I will happily await the new scenario.

Can you tell us if the new patch will fix the movement, stack combination, and siege problems in Oscar that currently handicap war in the Campaign game?

I have described these in my post "Strange Bugs" on this forum. Another poster has also had the same problems.

I have had to stop my current game as France, the bugs are so bad in wartime, and I miss it.

Work has been started on a 1900 GC, but the 1880 GC has priority.
