I have installed patch 1.02 candidate and I have started a new game playing
as prussia. And right from the start I can`t build anything. No coalmine, no harbour, nothing. When I click on a coalmine several regions are green. But the tooltip says: This building can`t placed here. Has anybody an idea why? Maybe the mistake is between my ears :bonk:

(as often) but I tried everything.

I`ve found the mistake. I am able to build structures now, even if the tooltip says no. Sorry for wasting your time.

Are you sure they are "green"? :wacko:

For example, if you start the game as Prussia, then try to build a coal mine, because you have already way too much on the map, it will cost you 988 capital... but you only have 750.

No, the regions are light green. I knew the mistake was between my ears. I haven`t played the game for a while, so I should have read the tooltips carefully. Again, sorry for wasting your time
