i'm playing with france
and i'm doing crimean war.
I win the Russian and i propose liberty for ukrainian and 3 years with 100$
russian accept peace (WS move)
...
but nothing
...
i don't know if it's normal
no new nation in ukrainia and nothink in my comptability ...
