SAW Issues

Two issues I'm having with the Spanish American War DLC:
-I'm not seeing any images in the events windows ("Rough Riders" for example)
-I can't move my Pacific fleet to the Philippines, and keep getting an error about frozen water/too shallow for the ships (it's the Pacific Ocean). I moved the armies in SF into the transport fleet- what's wrong?

Not sure about the 1st.
For the 2nd, there's a Torpedo Boat unit in the Pacific Fleet that doesn't have the range to make it to the Philippines. Just take it out and go.

Are you using the latest public beta patch? You should if not, as events from DLC are also updated with beta patches.
For the 2nd, montgomeryjlyon is right.

So, we have to reinstall the game if we did Game+Patch+DLC instead of Game+DLC+Patch...
Patches for DLC should be separate.
