Disappearing DLC

I have installed three beta patches, including the latest one.
Each time I install a patch, the Spanish American War DLC
disappears from the scenario folder and the new game menu.
The only way I can get it back is to re-download it from Gamersgate.
Does anyone have a solution?
I got the DLC by pre-ordering from Gamersgate.

Good catch, mine as well but I had bought my SAW from Gamersgate later. Hopefully this will not be the gold standard when more DLC becomes available. It would really suck to have to re-download everything whenever the game gets an update.

Same with the last 'i' patch (I didn't noticed before), but mine is directly from Ageod.

Hi
The same here the DLC dissapeared when i installed the latest i patch.
Is it ok to re-install the dlc over the patched version ?

Yes, the DLC will not affect any files that are in a patch, I believe that the patch assumes that you have the basic game in place (without any DLC), therefore over-writes it. Apply the DLC again once you have patched the game.

Yes, we are aware of this issue... we are working on a solution for the next beta patch (and the official one, obviously).

I recommend you keep aside the Localstring_VGN file that the beta patch installed...
Install the DLC again...
And then copy the last Localstring_VGN file again...

Hello ive just noticed that for the first time when i installed the patch. Wondering what had happened, thankfully it doesnt take too long to download and reinstall again.
