how do you get any general for Belgium ?

is there a special key to press to see the generals ?

For the moment don't know how to create one. Someone can help me ?

In Ageod games you do not create generals, they are in a database and show up at predefined dates. It's a pain to have CP penalties because you do not have the necessary number of generals, but that also represents abstractly bad officers in your army.

Nevertheless, you can always contact Pocus or Generalissimo, I am sure they will pay you attention if you want to add a certain historic general. On the other hand, you can always mod yourself your game, but there I can not be of help...

All the generals "arrive" to your faction... so, you cannot "create" new generals.
You have run out of generals?

My army in Brussel was under the order of the king Leopold 1. But even if the king is still the ruler, he disapears as a general. But I ve seen that when you create new corps a new general spawns (even if it is a one star general).

By the way, I ve an other 2 questions concerning Belgium :
Policy pannel : from the beginning I don't have any law or reform to make in the political pannel. Now i'm in 1855 and still not have any possibilities to make reforms. Is it normal ?

2nd point I wanted to invade the Rotterdam region (which has been allready taken by Prussia). So I made a cassus belly to Prussia and try to send troops in the Rotterdam region. But it was impossible and the soft said that it was not historical to take that region.

What I should do to enter war against prussia and move my army to Roterdam region ?

Are you using the latest patch? Excessive leader death has been curbed in the latest patch, so Leopold I should be around until Leopold II is ready to take over.

Just download the latest patch after he diseapered.
