Puzzling over the differences between this and the earlier games (on wot I thought I was an expert - but not on this!).

I think a yes or no question. When I click on F2 and get the military list, then order them by clicking on the rank stars>

Then the list shows ALL of the officers available by rank - with none excluded or missing because they are not attached or subordinate?

More simply - is it the list of all officers?

There is indeed no dedicated list of officers... If you do as you do, asking for F2 and sorting by officers, you'll see all stacks with officers attached (even if not combined to any unit)... But a stack can have several officers, so this is not a totally comprehensive list of leaders.

Thanks - that is what I was puzzling over. Must remember to assign each general to something lest my fragile memory mean that some will be forgotten!
