How increase conscrits production

Hi,
I need men to enforce armies. Which building must i build to form new recruits?

You'll get a number of replacements each turn dependent upon your population.
Britain gets 2 buildings that give a few bonus officers. My understanding is other nations get similar buildings, but I haven't heard mention of anything to boost the number of troops.

Absolutely right and you can enhance that by conquering new cities/regions or by colonizing...thats simple...*smile*

Also, when time passes and technology progresses, there will be more conscripts piling up in the pool

You open the War Ministry (F3 key) to convert conscripts to replacements, if that is what you are asking.
