but still i have questions
1-some thing bad is istarted playing the card realy early from the start

my current realation with austria is prety good (100) is it enough to prevent crisis and still unify germany? and i think the austrians have only a defensive treaty with hanover is that bad if it is what should i do?
2-at a certain time of the game(1865-1867) the number of available unification desecions was 10 suddenly in mid 1867 when i played nine of them i tought next turn i would still have ten but it remaind 1 bug or my fault?
3-as i said in the first post i have more than 80% loyality in all state should i wait for the message or shall i do something else to get the message and is there a way to acselerate the hole proces
1-in this case DOWing Hannover is somehow risky not useful
2 - usually there should have triggered the North German Confederation event that would enable to get around 1870/71 the German Empire event after a war with France
3 - there will be only the solution to trigger it manually via console command. This is as I tried already possible short time after campaign start.
the appropriate console command is with german tastatur the command "ö" right of "L"...
then you can use the following:
at console command mask you did : Forceevent evt_nam_PRU_NorthGermanConfederation1867 and voilá you get the event of the Confederation but with some changes in your relationship with Austria but with your current relation you should be theoretically secure but around your time you will get soon after the event NGCF1867 a scripted war crisis event or even the war situation aka CB versus Austria...
you can found the appropriate events for triggering via console in the German Unification Event file...
If you like to improve your colonial chances you can definitely trigger via console the later event with the Kolonialverein1882 already near start:
Forceevent evt_nam_GER_Kolonialverein1882 and then you will get nearly all the opportunities you need to colonize Africa or if you improved your options most uncolonized areas as you like.
You can even try to colonize Hawaii very early with this triggered event but in around 1867 the USA would already getting some advantage there.
If you do that early after starting the campaign you can colonize many interesting areas but you need in most cases any merchant ships in the next tradeboxes as I now recognized but your action could also fail anytime if you di d perhaps too much actions or you have not enough resources available in stock...
These console commands are not always repeatable as I also recognized because if you have them still triggered they will be no longer available anytime as I got it with the war academy event with Prussia as I did something wrong...
if you want the related useful event then simply use first:
Forceevent evt_nam_PRU_Moltke1857
then
Forceevent evt_nam_PRU_Moltke1857_Academy
then with the last one you get in Berlin the related building with some improvement in getting Officers and conscripts but you need upkeep costs in mind...
to also improve your colonization efforts you could try the following trigger:
Forceevent evt_nam_PRU_Barth1853
and you will get a onestar "explorer" general with an explorer party combined in the Boffa region where you could also do some expeditions and explorations in neighboured regions...
I hope this is very helpful to you all...
and if you want to do other events triggering earlier you should simply read the necessary files intensively but maybe warned you can use them but it is some cheating and it could hamper your gameplay because it is no longer related to the usual gameplay at all...
