Hello to all,

I had this error it's " d3dx9_31.dll is missing " as well and there is a problem with some installing the latest version.Aka an internal system error that occurs when some try to install. From what I've read it has to do with registry key problems with permissions and such.I am seeing some are already contacting Microsoft about the issue.Someone posted earlier that they Googled it and found just the file. Then they extracted it to the Vanguard directory and it worked.Could you list a link to the file or maybe put it in the next patch?Any would like to help i will thank you all..

Everyone that had that problem, just updated their version of DirectX or downloaded the needed file directly. :)

Hello ruthiel,

You can get the uxcore.dll file from the above link.
this is the source which is best for solving this sort of dll related issues.

I will repeat myself: do not download individual directx dll files. The sites that host these files are a known source of virus, spyware, etc. Simply go to Microsoft and install latest directx 9.0c version over what you got, it's quick, simple and safe
