The Tropical fruit thingy doesn't show on the info cards screen even its building. Strangely enough when I tried to build it, it said I had insufficient resources to build this structure.

Seriously, you are looking at the cityscapes structures, the plantation will only appears if you click on the countryside sprite.

Just experimenting= trying anything to get total control of the colony. This is my practice game before I get into a serious European power.
