Interface Question

What is the easiest way to view the factories in a city? I click on the countryscape to see the facilities there but when I click back on the city it immediately changes to military mode. If I click on the city a few times sometimes I get lucky and it will show me the factories but there has to be an easier way than endlessly clicking for the sweet spot.

Takes a little bit of practice but you need to click on the upper left portion of the city.

CTRL-left click to stay in non military mode.
