Beta Economy - Too many resources?

Been playing with the Beta now through about 6 months and just find that compared to my previous non-beta games, there is a large amount of surplus goods on the market. Almost impossible not to be able to buy anything you want and, conversely, quite difficult to sell anything abroad since there is so little demand. Namely Steel, Coal, Nitrates, Cereals, Fish, Cattle, Sugar, Coffee (Brazil seems to have gotten a huge burst in it's economy between the versions. Now it has large amounts of Sugar, coffee, Tobacco and rum that were not there last version), Dye, and Tobacco are all much too common, especially when compared to last version.

Other than that, and the very frustrating North Pole crises', it's totally awesome.

Thanks for a great game and great support.

Which version exactly are you talking about? 1.01F? That's the latest and is available for download.

That was on 1.01e.
Running 1.01f now from a 1.01e saved game and haven't noticed any changes.
Maybe it got tweaked, but it doesn't show up yet, or may have to start a new game for it to take effect.

1.01e saves can be bad with 01f. I had a ctd with my tutorial save, gone when I restart it anew.
