I'm not sure if this is a text error or my lack of understanding. In the regions military mode tooltip, there is:

SOI(max change) and SOI(current change).

Should this be SOI(max) and SOI(current) or what does the "change" mean?

The positive amount you can gain, theoretically and practically?
