Hi

What is the effect of Pirates and Brigantes in this game?

They get ships that can attack commerce shipping in MTBs

Thanks Pocus. So does they move inside the MTB or do they stay in the sea zone where they are created?

And a second question. How can i see the remaining range of my ships using coal? I don´t know when i must a stop at a coaling station

Most of the time they stay where they are created, but they can move rarely to another zone.

You can't see the current remaining range, this is a lack we intent to fix... If you are out of range, you can still move though, but at reduced speed.

So if pirates stay where they are created away from MTB boxes they cant trouble my merchant fleets?

Maybe it is better to create the pirates directly inside the MTB? So the ai can´t do much wrong with them. :wacko:
Not that i think the ai is inaptly. But an ai is an ai. :D

Yes, but it could mean for some players the impossibility to react on time before the pirates do some damage...I'll do something on that for next patch :D
