I'm trying to build a goods factory in Washington DC, as suggested by the B screen. I've been saving up my resources and funds to do so. I seem to have more than enough money and necessary resources, from what I see in the F4 screen.

I'm attaching a screenshot with the F4 screen active, as well as the purchase economic items activated.

Any ideas as to what else I need to be doing?

That's the overall balance for the next turn... look at the top of your screen, you only have 24 steel.

Yep, that would be it. I was looking at the next turn amounts, I think.

The first patch will tell you what was the resource you were lacking (but only retrospectively, so better be safe than sorry in any case..).
