Available in 2 months (Released 7/29/11).
And maybe not only for USA.
If some tax are later added (at the european border), it should cost total 21€50 in France... Very interesting if there is a paper manual in the box.
But that's probably not very interesting for Ageod...

I don't think there will be any printed manual in the box...too large to fit in IMHO

It appears that CD WOW has online shops in the following countries:

The links for Germany and the United Kingdom lead to CD WOW's main site for some reason unknown to me.

I wish a printed paper manual had been included.
