Spanish-American war

Anyone feel like trying multiplayer? I just want to get the feel of multiplayer and the exchange of turns.
I have a Dropbox folder I can share for this.
The more I study this scenario the more I wonder how Spain even in theory could win this. US has massive forces already positioned outside key Cuban cities. Maybe Spain should focus all their efforts in Philippines?
Maybe someone with detailed knowledge in this war could say?

. The Spanish kicked my miltias ass quite good the first round.
