Hi, couldn't find any posts regarding this.

Every time a HQ arrives as reinforcements for me when playing the central powers, the HQ arrives out of supply and refuses to become supplied. Only way to get it supplied is to save the game, restart it and load the saved game, highly annoying.

I have suffered the same thing with the HQ in Italy and Germany, and the problem is that you can not move by rail :blink:
