Optimal Hardware to play the game

Hello,
I've recently bought a new laptop (ASUS K53S - intel Core i7, RAM 4 GB, NVIDIA GeForce GT540M 2 GB), but it is still not enough to play your game in my opinion.
It takes too much to load map/initialize scenarios and also, when playing, the map scrolling is not so smooth and the AI is not that quick.
What do you suggest as optimal hardware for playing WW1?
I mean, what does this game needs more? CPU? RAM? Video Card?
This is not a compliant. I would just like to understand.
