Hi,
I purchased WW1 and AACW last saturday (16-7) but I did not get a confirmation mail with the download information/link. I allready sent two mails by the Ageod website, but I got no answer. Is anyone in the office (is there an office?) to check this out? I don't know where I have to be with my purchase information whitch I don't want to sent to 'just anyone'.

Usually, not receiving a mail means your order has been refused and not processed. This comes most of the time from the antifraud system of either Nexway (our DL provider) or your own Bank...
