Game Crashing during interphase

Good morning everyone!
First, I want to thank you guys for some great games. AACW and WWI have taken up more time than any game should the last month or so for me
I have attached a WWI save file that is crashing during the interphase after Nov-Dec 1918. This is the first time I've had any crashing issues with WWI, and I'm not sure if it's a setting on my computer, or the save file itself (I mean, after all, maybe a French designed game can't handle Paris in Belgian hands :mdr
Thanks in advance for any and all help and/or direction to continue my epic fail of a first game!
