I see some armies marked in yellow (it means they fought during the turn and they won) or brown (it means they fought during the turn and they lost).
If you played in WEGO mode, movements were performed all together, the turn ended and all battles were resetted.
Instead I see that battles are yet stored in your save:
[BATTLES]

So how you got such a weird result???
Maybe you started the game in strict turn-based mode and then you reverted to WEGO???
When you start a game in one way, you are supposed to keep playing so, otherwise strange things like this can happen.
However, remove all saved battles as follows and the probel should be solved:
[BATTLES]
; No battle...
