Trying to run the demo on a vista laptop and having no luck at all.

I have downloaded the latest demo patch, but I can't seem to get the program to initiate.

It does not automatically install a shortcut to the desktop, so I need to find the program files in the program files/World War One.

If I click on the icon with the picture of the helmet, it just says "can't load the d3dx9_34.dll". None of the other icons seem to work either.

Any ideas?
