Can't seem to be able to move units in Bruxelles and Namur. Units from 1st and 3rd armies together in Bruxelles got that way through Breakthrough movement. Save game files attached.

The temporary lock is caused by the battles occurred in the previous turn. The involved forces look as locked (yellow flare). It's anyway very strange your savegames has still the infos concerning the battles of the previous turn still stored in. So I played one full turn from your savegame, finished and saved: the infos of old battles were removed. So no problem then.

I removed the redundant check on previous battle in startig movement-area and the bug is fixed. Next patch..
