Itilian HQ's out of supply

First of all I want to say that the game engine is greatly improved and I am not having problems running it! (except intro video)
However, one problem I do have is the Italian HQ reinforcements (3rd army+4th army) come on out of supply and remain that way,preventing rail movement amongst other things.

BTW, are you running 1.0.4e???
We strongly need of your
feedbacks in order to make the patch
public and
buy the license of the new sound engine, that is considerably costly!

Ok guys, I am going to try and learn how to send you a saved game. I need a little advice: I've found the file and zipped it (I think) But where should I send it?
