Aircraft bug?

i don´t know if this is a bug but in later scenarios all planes have a support and recon value of zero.

Absolutely not a bug. These indicators improve with the Aerial technologies!

But of what use is a support value of 0 (and of a negative value) ?

Yes but in the 1916 and 1918 scenarios they should have already the aerial technologies. I am playing the 1918 scenario at the moment and have also after a few turns never see an air battle. The same in the Caporetto scenario.

It's used in trench warfare with Air Tactical Support combat doctrine.

Correction. I had a airbattle. But 11 time in a row with the same unit. 
I give recon order to my german GHQ and then the french intercepted me over the west front. After i lost my fighter i retreat with my bomber unit and then i got 10 more airbattles with my remaining bomber unit. And the air battle where in Italy and Palestine too. 
Maybe the Kaiser had made a time travel an bring back a B17 bomber.
