Bought World War One Gold Edition on Gamersgate sale a little while back and I'm now after cleaning up my computer and installing the software on there. I hadn't downloaded or showed the serial before now. Was able to download and start the install fine, but I'm not getting a serial when I select show serial under my library. It tells me "Unfortunately, we are out of serial keys. The publisher has been contacted and we will supply keys as soon as they are delivered to us. We apologize for the inconvenience. [2]"

Is there anyway to get a serial or should I just wait for Gamersgate to get in a new supply of serials.

This is strange, Gamersgate has hundreds of serials in store...and we have not got any request from them yet. Anyway, send an email to pthibaut@ageod.net so that we can help you directly.

Thank you for replying to this. Didn't expect someone to reply so darn fast. I sent that email along with the gamersgate receipt and can also send the PayPal receipt. I put in a trouble ticket with gamersgate, but haven't heard back from them.
