Bruchmuller ?

Playing 2 player campaign as Central Powers. In early August turn drew Bruckmuller and played for event hoping to see bonus for the Liege fortress siege. During siege for Liege had +2 for artillery but could not see any bonus for Bruckmuller. Started another game without playing Bruchmuller and still got +2 bonus for artillery. Is the Bruckmuller bonus available in early August ?

The battle logs do not say anything about a +2 for "events"?

Maybe I'm not understanding how this works but the Bruchmuller event code says it creates three new turn rules for Germany. I have looked in the .sav file and can't see these new turn rules.
These are the turn rules for Germany from the .sav file

I made the following change to my .sav file.
1. Added extra turn rule 999 for Germany

2. Added the following code

Following this I was able to see a +1 modification to my siege roll on Liege by the German 2nd Army. I was expecting that the Bruckmuller event would have created this siege modifier but it does not appear so.

Mmmhhhh.... this makes things much clearer and looks like a bug!

Ok, have replicated the issue again quite easily. These are the steps to get the turn rules for Germany as below

the problem being the 3 0's at the end were the Bruchmuller turn rules should be.
1. 2 player campaign game in a-to-a mode as Central Powers.
2. I selected Schiflien plan/Conrad plan with good morale and events to give me the maximum number of events to choose from
3. Played Bruchmuller in the event phase of Early August.
4. Saved game at beginiing of Military phase just after AI had finished its moves.
5. Attacked with German 1st, 2nd and 3rd armies as expected.
6. During the siege of Liege did not see the Bruchmuller bonus.
7. Looked in the save file and Bruchmuller bonus was not there.
Hope this helps identify and fix the issue.

Yes, I'm working on other issues too. For example, I wish to fix once for all that erratic bug that caused the Austrian/French armies remain locked even after the Italian entry in war...
