I had to wipe my Hard drive? How do I?

I had a BAD virus. So my hard drive was wiped. I can reinstall WWI original, and up date it. But I have lost my email on Gold? How do I reinstall Gold?

I can not find my Game also? I know I purchased it with the box mailed to me and digital download, how do I reaqquire my codes?
