When I play German example I can choose events that benefit L'Entente, it is not used for Germany, it also prevents L'Entente to possess this event ?

I don't know why it's possible to choose a Allied events ? (ex : Estienne / Fuller)

This is exactly what you said: while taking those events away from the other side, you just become sure it won't benefit from it...a quite important advantage
