Playing as Russia and pushing into East Prussia i've noticed that the Geramn Ost Africa unit is there.
I'm assuming its a rebuild as there should not be any naval transport able to move from africa to europe. And should there not be a restriction on where this unit can be deployed?

I think the only Africa units allowed outside of Africa is a single French african unit, which has some bonuses in combat.

From the boardgame:

Senegal Soldiers
• Beginning in 1915, France may use one 3-4-5 colonial African unit in Europe. It benefits from several special powers.
• When the African unit fights (attack or defense), ignore the fire values (both her and opponent).
• The African unit attacks with a +1 bonus to the D12 (boldness), except in Snow. This bonus does not apply for defense.
• If the African unit is reduced, it returns to full strength (front side) during the following Reinforcement Phase, without any RP expenditure.

I agree that only "historical" colonial units (ANZAC, North Africans, Senegalese, some Indians ...) should appear in Europe, or such troops that you are actually able to transport manually.

Units that have reformed after destruction should appear in the original places, with exception of colonial units in the colonies (like Askari) that should IMO be removed permanently.

Indeed, must be fixed. Colonial units can only re-appear in Colonies, even if rebuilt.

Also this point is fixed! African units cannot be anymore placed/detached outside of Africa!
