As Germany I was supposed to get XI army in Cracow, but cracow was held so it says free placement. But I cannt find the army anywhere and it is not in that turns reinforcement bar, etc. How do I free deploy this army?

Don't you see the HQ of XI army inside the Reinforcements bar? It should be so...

If not, send me a savegame, so I can test.
