County (Country) specific regiments?

I have been wondering about this for some time.

How are you going to represent the ethnic diversity of lets say the Austria-Hungary? There were regiments that we recruited specifically in then Slovene lands. Sure the officers were for the most part Austrians, yet the fighting spirit of each unit was also linked to where it came from and where it fought. Also let us not forget the ferocity of certain troops that instilled chills in the defending army.

So, will there be a recruitment pool with limited number of regiments one can draw from them, or will there be just recruitment en masse for each country?

In the boardgame, certain corps are marked by nationality/ethnic origin, mostly for the Russian and Austro-Hungarian armies. I believe some French corps are also marked as colonial troops. If I remember correctly, some events and special rules reference those units.

The production system isn't as specific as raising regiments in specific areas. A major concern is maintaining the flow of both personnel replacements and munitions, as well of upgrading existing corps on the map with better armaments (resulting in a higher firepower modifier). All of that is balanced against how much to militarize the economy: not enough, and your men run out of bullets and you can't equip your forces properly; too much, and you risk alienating the civil population (much as occurred historically in the CP nations, with very strict rationing and shortages).

Will there be the "Pals" battalions in the British forces?
