Stockade & Settlement definition

Hi guys,
Trying out at some modding for WIA but got an issue regarding both Stockades & Settlements definition. Aliases seem to be ok but since I took care to follow precious advice NOT to work on Scenarii files, hence working on xls files instead.
And here's the issue : Setup folder takes into account Forts & Depots, all right.
Cities folder logically deals with Cities, but what about Stockades & Settlements ?
I already tried several "educated guesses", playing with their alias in the Setup folder, but it's an epic fail so far.
A workable solution could be to take note of various Stockades/Settlements, then modifying the generated Scen file, but... I guess there's a more canonical way of proceeding, for I'm afraid I'd mess up the whole thing on the long term.
So could a gentle soul give me a piece of advice so this can be done properly ?
