OMG what is up with my games

I just downloaded the game and now I'm getting crashes all over the place, just touching the ! button crashes, loading a regiment into a boat crashes, its so annoying!

I'm getting a crash
every time I reach the orders phase (British) on Turn 3 of the long 1775 scenario. I have sent the files to support.
How can i play this?

I know there will be teething troubles - but this is frustrating.
I also know Ageod will fix it - as always.

Could you post your log file and did you defrag your hard disk before installing the game ? Also be sure that you have the latest patch installed.
Dot you have the latest/proper Directx installed.

Problem has magically disappeared - now that IS service. Really enjoying the game now - it is a masterpiece.
