Naval Bombardment dissapear

I do not see that appears the button of naval bombardment in the fleets. 
Is it a bug?

The button was removed by error while we were doing some tests and balance, it will return in full force in the next patch (which is due very soon!)

I am ready to start a new pbem game, so would just like to know if the patch will be save game compatible?
