how do I move saves to a new hard drive?

Hi guys,
I've just replaced my hard drive and reinstalled WIA. I backed up the contents of the "WIA\Saves" folder from my old install and copied the folder into my new install. But I get a game crash when I try to load my 1775 British campaign.
Is there something I didn't copy? I'm using Windows 7 32bit and I never install into "Program Files." Please help. This is my first big scenario of any AGEOD title. Really enjoying it!
