Need to re-download the installation.

Greetings Everyone,

I purchased BoA II back in July, had fun with it, but awhile a back, had a hard drive problem, so I needed to reinstall windows.

Therefore, I lost the copy of BoA II on my hard drive. Now, I still have all information, in terms of my serial # and of course, the download link where I purchased it from. (Through Ageod of course)

However, that downloaded expired after 7 days, so I am wondering if this e-mail, ageod@nexway.com is the only contact information in terms of getting a download extension? or is there another place I can go to re-download my copy?

My recommendation to you is to send an e-mail to support@ageod.com with the details you have about your purchase; I'm thinking of approximate date of purchase, the address you supplied, such things (to make it as easy as possible to find your purchase in the records).

In any case, there is no reason that this won't be sorted out soon; just keep in mind that you may have to wait for business hours to resume on Monday.

E-mail has been sent, shouldn't be a problem considering I still have the original e-mail sent to me back in July, when I purchased the game :) .
