Reinstalling and...

Hi,
I had to reinstall my WiA because every time I tried to run it there was a critical error. Well i'm not sure if installing it again will have improved all this since I could not find my serial (its a digital download). Isn't there something like a private area on ageod Fr website (sorry french: un espace privé quoi) where I could trace down my digital buys with the related serials?
Btw, I never delete ageod mails and was surprised there was no mail with a recap of my download (only thing I found: nexway bill).
Thank you for any help you could provide. My dear PBEM partner thinks I'm not answering because I feel I've lost, which is untrue :neener:

Send the information you have available about your purchase (including e.g. the nexway bill) to contact@ageod.com, and you should get the help you need :)

Thanks for the quick answer, like always :thumbsup: Just send the email (in french, I think they will understand :cool: ) Now let's just hope the reinstallation will be the solution to solve my problem. Otherwise I will soon be back on the technical forum :dada:
