In my current PbEM I'm playing the British in the 'The whites of their eyes' scenario. Looking at the '75replacements.sct' file, I should receive 2 line infantry replacements each in April and October, as long as I hold Manhattan. However, I do not receive them. I can deduce from the messages about 'successfully evading enemy forces' that there must be an American unit there that I can't see (most likely the Culper Ring). Is it possible that the presence of this invisible spy is preventing me from receiving my replacements?

Actually, ignore the above. Turns out, I forgot to check how often the event was supposed to fire...

Apparently, the two (2) instances have already been used, so no more free replacements for me... Pity, though - I could really have used those extra replacements for my many understrength units.
